Implantology

To substitute lost teeth for different reasons artificial roots are used in the modern dental medicine in form of titanium screws which are implanted in the jawbone. Single dental gaps, absence of several teeth or totally missing teeth can be supplied by dental implants.

Wearers of prosthesis can bite hard again, because in the lower jaw two implants are usually enough to ensure the hold of the badly sitting prosthesis.

In this case it concerns an operational intervention which must be discussed at first radiologically and by means of model analysis. Some important points must be clarified and discussed before planning. By further education with the DGI we are on the current state and can find a solution for every problem.
